Well, the owners of the establishments put poison in the food and drinks of certain customers and then make them disappear. The city of The Viel is also known for the large number of missing people. Cold Winds is the city with the largest number of inhabitants on the island. Due to its high technology and great employment opportunities in large companies, many people move to Cold Winds.
